We have been seperated for over 3 years, I live in Germany and my husband lives in Finnland,
we have agreed on the finances and both want a divorse, we were married in England, can we get a divorse in England.

Hi Beverley, in order to get divorced in England and Wales, your permanent home and/ or the permanent home of your spouse must be in the England and Wales. You can find out more information about getting divorced in Germany here.
