I need help writing examples of my ex’s unreasonable behaviour for my divorce petition. Does anyone know what examples are accepted by the courts?

My husband's behavior has caused me to become depressed, suicidal thoughts,, I've had two bad bout's of mental health problems because of him how can i word the abuse.
