Hi cread – thanks for getting in touch. Do you mean if the consent order is refused? If so, we haven’t had to pay an additional court fee to send in a re-draft of a consent order. The Judge may ask questions on your consent order before they approve it but you do not have to pay an additional court fee to send in a re-draft.
