Hi unknown79 thanks for your message. On average, if the divorce is uncontested and you're not doing a consent order / financial order at the same time then it takes, on average, three to six months for divorces to be completed through the courts in England and Wales. The courts are, unfortunately, particularly busy at the moment so it's taking longer than normal.
